| dc.description.abstract | In this study diferent methods of treatement are present in 35 patients with tissue defects of the digital rays of the hand, operated in The Clinic of the Plastic and Reconstructive Microsurgery of the Musculoskeletal System during the period of 2012-2013 year. The main objectives of treatement were: 1) wound closure, 2) maximal sensitive recovery, 3) keeping the fingher lenght, 4) maintenance of joints function, 5) achieve a satisfactory cosmetic look. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | В данном исследовании приведены различные методы лечения 35 пациентов с дефектами костей и/или мягких тканей пальцевых лучей руки, оперированных в Клинике пластической, реконструктивной хирургии и микрохирургии опорнодвигательного аппарата в течение 2012-2013 г. Основные цели лечения были: 1) востановление дефектов, 2) пластика качественными тканями, 3) сохранение длины пальцев, 4) сохранение функции суставов, 5) достижение удовлетворительного косметического внешнего вида. | |
