dc.description.abstract | Introduction. Recognition of early systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) features is a priority issue in the evolution of the disease. Highlighting the symptoms at the onset of the disease, such as the dynamics and succession of their onset, is fundamental for early diagnosis and favourable prognosis. The international data presented the signs and symptoms characteristic for the early period of SLE, namely the first 2 years after the diagnosis, but in small studies with contradictory results, especially in countries of South America. It should be noted that in analysed literature, we established that the immunological criteria could be detected in patients 5 years before the diagnosis. Based on the results of available studies, we did not identify the symptomatology stage according to the consecutive appearance of it in the early phase of the disease until the diagnosis and in the first years of the disease. | en_US |
