| dc.description.abstract | This is a retrospective study that includes 77 patients with re-occurring ovarian cancer and metastases after optimal surgical intervention is followed with poly-chemotherapy, for up to a maximum of 6 courses of treatment. In the period between 1995 and 2006 these patients were both treated with adjunctive radiotherapy (telegammatherapy brachiotherapy) and their primary medical documentation was also analyzed (ambulatory card of the patient, disease history, operation and poly-chemotherapy protocols). The results of the immediate and long-term analysis prove that adjunct radiotherapy increases patients’ survival after re-occurring and metastatic ovarian cancer. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Сообщается о ретроспективном анализе результатов лечения 77 больных раком яичников, у которых после хирургического вмешательства в оптимальном объеме, была проведена полихимиотерапия – до 6 курсов, в сочетании с радиотерапией (телегамматерапия брахитерапия). Исследование охватывает период: 1995-2006 гг. была изучена первичная документация (амбулаторная карточка больной, история болезни, протоколы операции и протоколы полихимиотерапий). Анализ непосредственных и отдаленных результатов показал, что сочетанная лучевая терапия улучшает показатели выживаемости больных с рецидивами и метастазами рака яичника. | |
