Структура заболеваемости хроническими вирусными гепатитами в различных зонах Республики Молдова

Abstract

The rate of chronic viral hepatitis in the Republic of Moldova continues to grow. The authors analyzed the incidence of the disease and its causative forms in three areas of RM, showing differences in the prevalence of chronic hepatitis B, C, and D and the rates of increase in each area. The authors examined distribution patterns and etiological forms of the disease with reference to the national composition of the population of that area.

În ultimii ani în Republica Moldova se constată o creştere permanentă a prevalenţei morbidităţii cu hepatitele virale. În baza datelor selectate de mai mulţi ani, s-a efectuat analiza nivelului de prevalenţă a morbidităţii cu hepatitele virale după formele etiologice în trei diferite zone ale RM. S-au evidenţiat deosebirile de răspândire a hepatitelor virale B, C, D şi particularităţile ritmului de creştere a indicilor în prevalenţa morbidităţii în zonele date. S-au stabilit legităţile de răspândire a formelor etiologice ale patologiei date în funcţie de structura naţională a populaţiei din zonele studiate.
