| dc.description.abstract | 50 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis were studied to measure the efficacy of the hepatoprotetor Heptral. The study showed that treatment with Heptral included in the base therapy more rapidly decreased both pain and asteno-vegetative syndromes. Treatment which included Heptral normalized the values of the hepatic markers of cytolysis and the lipid metabolism. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | У 50 больных с неалкогольным стеатогепатитом изучена клиническая эффективность и безопасность гепатопротектора гептрал. Результатами проведенного исследования установлено, что сочетанное применение гептрала с базисной терапией способствует более быстрому купированию астено-вегетативного и болевого синдромов. По окончании курсa лечения у подавляющего большинства больных происходила нормализация активности маркеров цитолитиаза и липидного обмена. | |
