Альтернативный подход к лечению хронического обструктивного бронхита

Abstract

For this study, 44 patients with a chronic obstructive bronchitis with arterial hypertension of 1st and 2nd degrees were investigated. Patients were divided into 2 groups: The first receiving only medicamental therapy without antihypertensive drugs and the second receiveing a combination of the same therapy and endobronchial laser irradiation (ELI). Complex treatment with ELI application showed antihypertensive effects on the arterial system, as well as the pulmonary haemodynamics, which is very important in preventive maintenance of serious complications of the cardiovascular system at later stages of an illness.

Было обследовано 44 больных хроническим обструктивным бронхитом с артериальной гипертензией 1-й и 2-й степени. Больные были разделены на 2 группы: 1-я – получали только медикаментозную терапию без гипотензивных препаратов и 2-я – сочетание медикаментозной терапии с эндобронхиальным лазерным облучением (ЭЛО). Комплексное лечение с применением ЭЛО оказывает гипотензивный эффект как на системную, так и легочную гемодинамику, что является очень важным в профилактике серьезных осложнений со стороны сердечно-сосудистой системы на более поздних этапах болезни.
