Eficienţa clinică prin modelarea imună cu Citomix şi Interleuchină-5 la pacienţii cu forme rebele de toxocaroză

Abstract

The study of the clinical efficiency by immune modeling with citomix and interleukin-5 in the patients with drug-resistant toxocarosis, in which the previously treatment scheme with standard benzimydazole derivates were inefficient, showed the efficacy of this antihomotoxic remedy. The study revealed the obvious amelioration of the immunological indices by the normalization of the number of the leukocytes and lymphocytes components CD3, CD4 and CD8; the considerable reduction in the clinical manifestations, thereafter the decreasing of the eosinophil count and of the total IgE level; and the decreasing in the titer of the antitoxoacara canis IgG.

В данной статье изучена клиническая эффективность путем моделирования иммунного ответа при применении цитомикса и интерлейкина-5 у больных токсокарозом, которые не отвечали на повторные курсы лечения производными бензимидазолов. Результаты исследования показали высокую эффективность этих препаратов. Нормализовалось количество лейкоцитов, лимфоцитов СD3, CD4, CD8, исчезли или значительно уменьшились клинические проявления и, впоследствии, уровень эозинофилов в крови, IgE и титры анти-токсокара IgG.
