| dc.description.abstract | The research was based on the study and examination of 94 patients with infective endocarditis (IE). Antibacterial treatment was investigated,
taking into consideration its major importance for patients having IE with indications “quo ad vitam”. The patients were divided into two groups – group
No. 1, the ones with a positive blood culture, and group No. 2 and the ones with a negative blood culture. We analyzed separately the sensitivity of the
detected microorganisms from different studied groups to antibacterial preparations. We studied the frequency of use and effectiveness of antimicrobial
preparations in both cases: when the etiology was known, and when the blood cultures were negative. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Исследование основано на обследовании 94 пациентов с инфекционным эндокардитом (ИЭ). Антибиотикотерапия была изучена в виду её
важности в борьбе с этим тяжелым инфекционным заболеванием. Пациенты были разделены на две группы: группа № 1 включала больных с
положительным результатом гемокультуры, и группа № 2 с отрицательной гемокультурой. Отдельно мы проанализировали чувствительность
обнаруженных микроорганизмов к различным группам антибактериальных препаратов. Мы изучили частоту использования и эффективность
антимикробных препаратов в том случае, когда этиология была известна, и тогда, когда посев крови был отрицательным. | |
