The main goal of surgical treatment of patients with SUI is to restore normal anatomy of the pelvic organs by determining segment motion and normal anatomic uretrovezical position. The widest spread received uretrocervicopexia in different ways. Operation is carried out by r transvaginal or suprasimfizar access. |
