dc.description.abstract | In the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic shock the primary role is assigned to systemic inflammatory response syndrome and oxidative stress. Resuscitation
of hemorrhagic triggers a series of tissue and cell damages, induced by hypovolemic shock. These lesions are promoted by reperfusion and enhanced by
oxidative stress, mainly catalyzed by iron or copper. Impact research of iron in pathogenesis of hemorrhagic shock requires the principles elucidation
of postinfusional syndrome correction. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | B патогенезе геморрагического шока ведущее значение придают окислительному стрессу и системному воспалительному ответу. Реанимация
при геморрагическом шоке включает механизмы клеточных и тканевых повреждений, вызванных гиповолемией. Клеточные повреждения,
индуцированные реперфузией, потенцированы окислительным стрессом и усугубляются действием железо-содержащих комплексов.
Исследование воздействия железа в патогенезе геморрагического шока должно выяснить принципы коррекции постинфузионного синдрома. | |
