Impactul deciziei chirurgicale în evoluția clinică a pacientului cirotic operat pentru hipertensiunea portală (revista literaturii)

Abstract

Ciroza hepatică reprezintă una din cauzele principale de morbiditate și mortalitate în Republica Moldova. Intervențiile terapeutice adresate acestei entități patologice sunt multiple, iar amploarea lor este diferită. Tratamentul chirurgical al hipertensiunii portale prin ciroză hepatică rămâne una dintre cele mai discutabile probleme în chirurgia modernă. În articolul dat este relatat impactul chirurgiei hipertensiunii portale (HTP) asupra evoluției bolii hepatice cronice (BHC), fenomenele ce țin de apariția complicațiilor postoperatorii, particularitățile de management a pacienților cirotici tratați chirurgical și elementele de ghidare a beneficiilor în termen de supraviețuire și interval liber de boală

Liver cirrhosis is one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality in Republic of Moldova. Therapeutical interventions targed to this pathological entity are multiple and they are used in different fields. Surgical treatment of portal hypertension, caused by liver cirrhosis, remains one of the most debatable problems in modern surgery. This article relates the impact of portal hypertension (HTP) surgery on the evolution of chronic liver disease (CLD), occurrence of postoperative complications, the management features of the surgically treated cirrhotic patients and reference elements of the benefits in terms of survival and disease-free interval.
