Консервативное лечение больных с первичной глаукомой в послеоперационном периоде

Abstract

Early surgical intervention is the most rational in the treatment of closed-angle glaucoma while in open-angle glaucoma the preferred treatments are more conservative methods of treatment. As is known, the anti-glaucomatous operation is considered successful if, as a result of it, not only is HEP reduced, but also the further deterioration of visual functions is prevented. Under the data of different writers, the development of disease after antiglaucomatous operation is 4.7-5.0%. This, apparently, is explained by non-uniformity in treatment in the stages of the disease, general status of the patients, and other parameters. The main cause of the dip in visual functions is the disturbance in trophism of the optic nerve and retina and the deterioration of hemodynamics, thereby lowering redox processes in tissues of an eye. Thus, the necessity of realization of general medicinal treatment for glaucoma in the postoperative term is obvious. As a result, the analysis of features in the flow in the glaucomatous process in the postoperative term and refinement of tactics of management of the disease and also looking up the means for maintenance of visual functions remains an actual problem.

В статье представлены результаты исследований по разработке патогенетически обоснованных рекомендаций по рациональному использованию различных медикаментозных комплексов оперированным больным глаукомой и дан анализ о дифференцированном подходе к назначению консервативного медикаментозного лечения больным с глаукомой в послеоперационном периоде. Эффективным у данной группы больных (лучшие результаты получены при положительной реовазографической пробе и в начальных стадиях заболевания) оказалось применение комплекса танакана+фезам и оксибрала. Это улучшает микроциркуляцию и окислительно-восстановительные процессы во внутренних оболочках глаза, о чем свидетельствуют положительные показатели гемодинамики.
