Evaluarea fitopreparatelor cu acţiune hepatoprotectoare Cojocaru-Toma, Maria Rezumat. Problema hepatitelor rămâne a fi stringentă pentru Republica Moldova şi prin urmare, necesitatea evaluării plantelor medicinale cu acţiune hepatoprotectoare este incontestabilă, atât din punct de vedere medico- social, cât şi economic. Au fost evaluate plantele medicinale cu acţiune hepatoprotectoare din flora Republicii Moldova, având în vedere morbiditatea şi mortalitatea prin hepatite în Republica Moldova. S-au evaluat fitopreparatele după Nomenclatorul de Stat al Medicamentelor din Republica Moldova. Astfel, din 6350 produse înregistrate, 175 sunt cu acţiune hepatoprotectoare, dintre care: 36 produse vegetale, 62 specii medicinale, fitopreparate monocomponente 37 şi fitopreparate multecomponente în număr de 40.; Summary. Hepatitis is a problem for the Republic of Moldova and the assessment of medicinal plants that improves the function of liver it is important from two points of view: social – medical and economical. Medicinal hepatoprotective plants growth in Republic of Moldova have been studied and was characterised rate of hepatitis. The assess of List of Authorized Medicines in Republic of Moldova shows that from 6350 recordet, 175 are hepatoprotective like: vegetal products – 36, medicinal species – 62, phytodrugs of single species – 37 and phytodrugs in combination – 40. Opţiuni terapeutice în boala hepatică alcoolică Berliba, Elina Summary. Ursodeoxycholic Acid (UDCA) has been shown to have hepatoprotective effects in various liver diseases. This drug has also been found to be effective in patients with alcoholic hepatitis, improving hepatic disease significantly. The aim of this study was to evaluate clinical and biochemical efficiency of UDCA in treating patients with alcoholic liver disease. In patients with chronic hepatitis of alcoholic genesis it was found that complex treatment with UDCA has a benefic effect on the evolution of clinical syndromes, markers of cytolysis and cholestasis comparing with patients who haven’t receive this medicine, that demonstrates the hepatoprotective and anticholestatic action of ursodeoxicolic acid.; Rezumat. Acidul ursodeoxicolic posedă acţiune hepatoprotectorie în leziunile hepatice de diferită geneză, totodată având efect favorabil în tratamentul bolnavilor cu boală hepatică alcoolică, ameliorând semnificativ injuria hepatică. Obiectivul studiului este de a evalua eficacitatea clinică şi biochimică a acidului ursodeoxicolic în tratamentul pacienţilor cu boală alcoolică a ficatului. La pacienţii cu hepatită cronică de geneză alcoolică s-a stabilit că tratamentul complex cu UDCA a exercitat un efect benefic în evoluţia sindroamelor clinice, marcherilor de citoliză şi colestază, ceea ce confirmă efectul hepatoprotector şi anticolestatic al acidului ursodeoxicolic. Ferzym plus în tratamentul bolilor diareice acute Pântea, V.; Jîmbei, Paulina; Cojuhari, Lilia; Creţu, Olga; Deatişin, V.; Placintă, Gh.; Cebotarescu, V.; Paveliuc, P.; Chiriţa, Olga Summary. This article presents the evaluation of the efficacy of italian drug Ferzym Plus in the treatment of acute diarrheal diseases. In the study there were 30 patients in the experimental group and 20 patients in the control group. Patients in both groups indicated they were treatment pathogenic, antibacterial and symptomatic, patients in the experimental group was given them Ferzym plus 1 caps. 3 t.d. before meals for 5 days. It has been demonstrated that patients in the experimental group improved clinical symptoms until their disappearance in 2.9 days, opposite the control group, normalization of intestinal flora was found in 80% in the experimental group and 50% in the control group; intestinal dismicrobism degree I in experimental group was found in only 4 (13.3%) patients and in the control group 8 (40%).; Rezumat. În acest articol se prezintă evaluarea eficacităţii preparatului italian Ferzim Plus în tratamentul bolilor diareice acute. În studiu s-au aflat 30 pacienţi în lotul experimental şi 20 pacienţi în lotul martor. Pacienţilor din ambele loturi le-a fost indicat tratament patogenic, antibacterian şi simptomatic, pacienţilor din lotul experimental le-a fost administrat ferzim plus 1 capsulă de 3 ori/zi înainte de mese timp de 5 zile. S-a demonstrat că la pacienţii din lotul experimental simptomatologia clinică s-a ameliorat pînă la dispariţia lor clinică în 2,9 zile, vizavi de lotul martor; normalizarea florei intestinale a fost constatată în 80% în lotul experimental şi în 50% din lotul martor; dismicrobismul intestinal de gradul I a fost depistat în lotul experimental numai la 4 (13,3%) pacienţi, iar în lotul martor la 8 (40%).
