Complete myocardial bridges are myocardial strips which cover a portion of the large&#13;
branches of the coronary arteries. The presence of intramural path on a portion of the coronary&#13;
large and medium vessel can lead to appearance of disturbances in heart tissue perfusion,&#13;
disorders which can lead to the numerous changes in heart activity. In the literature there are&#13;
many controversies on the topic of anatomical and coronarography incidence of myocardial&#13;
bridges, dependence on age, sex, constitutional type, their clinical importance and&#13;
etiopathogenetic of cardiac ischemia induced by myocardial bridges.&#13;

&#13;
Punţile miocardice complete reprezintă bandelete de miocard, care acoperă o porţiune a&#13;
ramurilor mari al arterelor coronariene. Prezenţa traiectului intramural pe o porţiune de vas&#13;
coronarian de calibru mare şi mediu poate genera dereglări de perfuzie tisulară cu apariţia&#13;
numeroaselor modificări în activitatea cordului. În literatura de specialitate există multiple&#13;
controverse privind tema punţilor miocardice precum incidenţa anatomică şi coronarografică,&#13;
dependenţa de vârstă, sex, tipul constituţional, importanţa lor clinică şi căile etiopatogenetice al&#13;
ischemiei cardiace indusă de punţile miocardice complete.

In this study we show, for the first time, application of double immunohistochemical stain&#13;
method using endothelial marker of high specificity (CD105) and marker of proliferation (Ki67),&#13;
applied on the formalin fixed and paraffin embedded neoplazic specimens of the uterine cervix.&#13;
This method represents high accuracy in functional status interpretation of the blood vessels.&#13;
Based on obtained results, we want to propose a hypothesis according which the activation and&#13;
proliferation of endothelial cells are distinctive processes in the precursor and malignant lesions&#13;
of the uterine cervix. Activation of endothelial cells is an early stage that predominates in the&#13;
cervical intracellular lesions of the uterine cervix, while the endothelial proliferation is observed&#13;
in blood vessels of the invasive carcinomas.&#13;

In acest studiu prezentăm pentru aplicarea metodei de dublă imunocolorare bazată pe un&#13;
marker endotelial de mare specificitate (CD31) şi un marker al peretelui vascular, pentru&#13;
identificarea celulelor musculare perivasculare sau a pericitelor (α-SMA), pe specimene&#13;
neoplazice de col uterin incluse în parafină. Această metodă este de o acurateţe superioară în&#13;
interpretarea statutului funcţional al vaselor sanguine tumorale. În baza rezultatelor obţinute,&#13;
putem concluziona că densitatea vaselor CD31 pozitive înregistrează o creştere liniară pe măsura&#13;
sporirii severităţii neoplaziei de col uterin. Odată cu progresia neoplaziei creşte ponderea vaselor&#13;
sanguine imature şi intermediare.
