<summary type="text">Stimularea electrică funcţională

This paper is focused on Functional Electrical Stimulation, a technique that uses electrical&#13;
stimuli to reestablish the normal activity of organs deprived of nervous control. The concept&#13;
itself is described along with information about its origin, history, current application and future&#13;
development. The paper also presents a FES device, developed by the authors, and the&#13;
experimental results of its testing.&#13;

Lucrarea dată abordează Stimularea Electrică Funcţională, o tehnică ce utilizează stimuli&#13;
electrici pentru a restabili activitatea organelor lipsite de control nervos. Este descris conceptul&#13;
prorpiu-zis, originea lui, datele istorice de referinţă, aplicarea curentă şi viitoare. Totodată, este&#13;
prezentat proiectul unui dispozitiv SEF realizat de autori şi rezultatele testării sale experimentale.

Polytrauma is a major problem and requires management improvement. ALI/ARDS is a&#13;
serious complication of the polytrauma, which influences mortality. In our study we analyzed&#13;
albumin as a prognostic factor in patients with ALI/ARDS caused by polytrauma.&#13;

Politraumatismele sunt o problemă majoră care necesită îmbunătăţiri manageriale.&#13;
ALI/ARDS reprezintă o complicaţie gravă a politraumatismelor ce influenţeaza letalitatea. În&#13;
studiul nostru am evaluat albumina ca factor de prognostic la pacienţii cu ALI/ARDS cauzată de&#13;
politraumatism.

Munteanu, Viorel
The function of living cells is controlled by complex regulatory networks that are built of a&#13;
wide diversity of interacting molecular components. Recent technological developments have&#13;
enabled single-cell measurements of cellular macromolecules which can shed new light on&#13;
processes underlying gene expression. Correspondingly, there is a need for the development of&#13;
theoretical tools to quantitatively understand gene expression and its consequences for cellular&#13;
processes. The review focuses attention on the necessity of modeling and mentions the basic&#13;
stages in the mathematical dynamical modeling in biological processes.

Haemorrhagic shock is manifested through local and diffuse inflammatory process. The&#13;
pathogenetic factors of systemic inflammation are acute phase proteins and oxygen free radicals.&#13;
CRP and ceruloplasmine are recognized as markers of loyal local and diffuse inflammatory&#13;
process. Postinfusionale syndrome triggers a set of tissue damages additional to hypovolemic&#13;
impact, which are assign to reperfuse syndrome, and are mediated by oxidative stress, and&#13;
respectively , detremental affected by acute phase proteins, proinflammatory cytokines, metals&#13;
and modulators proteins of oxidative stress ( transferine-iron, ceruloplasmine-copper).&#13;

Şocul hemoragic se manifestă prin proces inflamator local şi difuz. Factorii patogenetici&#13;
ai inflamaţiei sistemice sunt proteinele fazei acute şi radicalii liberi de oxigen. PCR şi&#13;
ceruloplasmina sunt recunoscuţi drept markeri fideli ai procesului inflamator local şi difuz.&#13;
Sindromul postinfuzional declanşează un set de alterări tisulare adiţionale impactului &#13;
166&#13;
hipovolemic, care sunt atribuite efectului de reperfuzie şi sunt mediate predilect prin stresul&#13;
oxidativ şi, respectiv, influenţate detrimental de către proteinele fazei acute, citokinele&#13;
proinflamatoare, metalele şi proteinele modulatoare a stresului oxidativ (transferina – fierul,&#13;
ceruloplasmina – cuprul).
