Tratamentul cariei dentare profunde realizat la 50 pacienți cu vîrsta cuprinsă între 15-35 ani cu utilizarea materialului nanocompozit „LitAr“ a demonstrat o reducere î n durata terapiei cu aproximativ 4-5 ori mai rapid, comparativ cu preparatului pe bază de hidroxid de calciu. Analiza rezultatelor pozitive ale tratamentului patologiei examinate denotă: lipsa acuzelor cauzate de excitanți termici, fizici și chimici, absența durerilor spontane, percuția indoloră, păstrarea culorii dintelui, restabilirea electroexcitabilității în limitele fiziologice iar radiologic se determină prezența țesutului periapical sănătos.; Summary. The treatment of deep dental caries realized at 50 patients aged between 15-35 demonstrated that the use of „LitAr“ nanocomposite material, proved a reduction in the therapy duration approximately 4-5 times faster, comparative with the preparation based on calcium hydroxide. The present work contains a study and a synthesis of bibliographic data, prospective statistics and clinical data upon the efficiency of the contemporary methods of dental whitening. The study was made on 52 patients with different types of dental discolorations, two of them were personally studied and treated. Besides this, a comparative analysis upon different methods of whitening was made, the final option being home-bleaching, by using individual dental trays and bleaching gels from “Ultradent” company. In all of the cases, the result was positive (the best result being the result of the patient nr.5: from shade A3 to shade A1); transient dental hypersensitivity was more or less found in all the patients, but it has instantly retroceded in all of them. Termenul de pemfigus vulgar a fost introdus pentru prima dată în 1791, de către Wichman, care reprezintă un grup de afecţiuni cutaneo- mucoase autoimune. Etiologic este demonstrată prin câteva teorii: autoimună, endocrină, neurogenă, metabolică, infecţioasă, genetică. Evoluţia pemfigusului vulgar parcurge 3 etape: 1-faza incipientă; 2-faza de acutizare; 3- faza de remisie. Semnul Nikolski este pozitiv. Tratamentul local este reprezentat de prelucrarea minuţioasă a mucoaselor cu H2O2-1%, furacilină, badijonări cu Iodinol, aplicări cu unguente cu corticosteroizi. Profilaxia pemfigusului vulgar include combaterea factorilor nocivi.; Summary. The term of pemphigus vulgaris for the first time was introduced in 1791 by Wichman, which represents a group of mucocutaneous autoimmune disorders. The etiology is explained by several theories: autoimmune, endocrine, neurogenic, metabolic, infectious and genetic theory. The evolution of pemphigus vulgaris includes three phases: I — the begining of the process, II- the flare’s phase, 3 — the phase of remission. Nikolski is a positive sign. Local treatment consists of using: H2O2, furacilin, applications with Iodinol and corticosteroid ointment. The prophylaxis of pemphigus vulgaris is to exclude harmful habits. 2011-01-01T00:00:00Z
