Entomologic drugs exerted significant influence on the nonspecific resistance of the body&#13;
humoral and cellular immunity. In that way, entomologic drug contributed to the normalization&#13;
of lymphocytes B and T. Simultaneously, considerable changes in the population of T&#13;
lymphocytes take place, with the increase of Th, responsible for the formation of interleukines,&#13;
with subsequent activation of B-lymphocytes, their blasttransformation and production of&#13;
immunoglobulins.&#13;
Entomologic drug has contributed to amelioration of clinical picture evolution,&#13;
diminishing of viral quantity (ARN HIV) and transaminases activity in patients with AIDS HIV&#13;
infection.&#13;
Key words: entoheptin, imupurin, adenoprosin, imuheptin, entomologic, immunity,&#13;
hepatoprotection, anti-inflammatory.&#13;

O nouă strategie în medicină reprezintă entomoterapia – tratamentul cu produşi activi&#13;
obţinuţi din diferite etape de dezvoltare a insectelor (ouă, pupe, larve). Preparatele de origine&#13;
entomologică exercită o influenţă semnificativă asupra rezistenţei nespecifice a organismului,&#13;
asupra imunităţii umorale şi celulare, contribuind la normalizarea funcţiilor limfocitelor B şi T.&#13;
Concomitent au loc modificări importante ale populaţiilor limfocitelor T, cu majorarea Th,&#13;
responsabile de formarea interleukinelor cu activarea în continuare a limfocitelor B, cu&#13;
blasttransformarea lor şi producerea de imunoglobuline.&#13;
Preparatul entomologic a contribuit la ameliorarea evoluţiei tabloului clinic, diminuarea&#13;
încărcăturii virale (ARN HIV) şi activitatea transaminazelor la bolnavii cu infecţia HIV SIDA.&#13;

In the experiments on rats the aspects of the izoturone and diazepam association&#13;
interaction with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the lipid metabolism level was studied. HBO (6&#13;
ata 50 min) caused the increase of plasmatic concentration of total lipids, total phospholipids,&#13;
total cholesterol, esterified cholesterol, fatty nonesterified acids, total lipoproteins, α+γ-&#13;
lipoproteins, β-lipoproteins, cholesterol of lipoproteins. Association of the izoturone (20 mg/kg)&#13;
and diazepam (5 mg/kg) in normobaric conditions provoked the decrease of the content of&#13;
esterified cholesterol and the increase of total phospholipids. A complex metabolic interaction of&#13;
the level of lipidic and lipoproteinic metabolism on the simultaneous prescription of izoturone&#13;
and diazepam combination and HBO was revealed. In some of cases the association of izoturone&#13;
and diazepam and HBO reciprocally normalized the modification of parameters of lipidic&#13;
metabolism, in other pharmacological agents act similarly manifasting a tendency of effects&#13;
accumulation.&#13;

În experimente pe şobolani au fost studiate aspectele metabolice ale interacţiunii asocierii&#13;
izoturon şi diazepam cu oxigenul hiperbaric (OHB) la nivelul metabolismului lipidic. OHB (6&#13;
ata 50 min) a cauzat majorarea concentraţiei plasmatice de lipide totale, fosfolipide totale,&#13;
colesterol total, colesterol esterificat, acizi graşi neesterificaţi, lipoproteine totale, α+γ-&#13;
lipoproteine, β-lipoproteine, colesterol al lipoproteinelor. Asocierea izoturonului (20 mg/kg) şi&#13;
diazepamului (5 mg/kg) în condiţii normobarice a micşorat concentraţia plasmatică de colesterol&#13;
esterificat şi a majorat de fosfolipide totale. La administrarea concomitentă a asocierii&#13;
izoturonului şi diazepamului cu OHB s-a observat o interacţiune complexă la nivelul&#13;
metabolismului lipidic şi lipoproteic. În unele cazuri combinaţia şi OHB normalizează reciproc&#13;
modificările indicilor metabolismului lipidic, în altele – agenţii farmacologici acţionează similar,&#13;
manifestând tendinţă de acumulare a efectelor.

Recent studies demonstrate that neurogenesis, the creation of new brain cells, occurs in&#13;
the adult human. Many of these new neurons survive and integrate themselves into the working&#13;
brain, suggesting the potential for a self-healing brain.&#13;
Adult neurogenesis is an extremely dynamic process that is regulated in both a positive&#13;
and negative manner by environmental, endocrine, and pharmacological stimuli. This indicates&#13;
that neurogenesis is a form of neural plasticity that contributes to the ability of the brain to&#13;
process, adapt, and respond to stimuli.&#13;
 Antidepressants (SSRI and tricycles) opiates, benzodiazepines, psychostimulants, and&#13;
other classes of drugs (antipsychotics, antiepileptics, analgesics) are known to have long-term&#13;
effects that are mediated by alteration of synaptic plasticity. In addition to their properties,&#13;
repeated use of these drugs can influence cognition, learning, and memory.&#13;
The focus of this work is to briefly describe influence of different drugs on neural&#13;
plasticity.&#13;

Cercetări recente au constatat, că creierul are proprietăţi de recuperare funcţională în&#13;
urma unei leziuni prin sinteza de noi celule nervoase şi formarea de noi conexiuni între neuroni&#13;
- neurogeneza sau neuroplasticitatea.&#13;
Exista dovezi că neurogeneza serveşte ca suport specific al memorării şi invăţării.&#13;
Neuroplasticitatea este un process dinamic pe parcursul dezvoltării umane - de la stadiul de nounăscut&#13;
până la batrâneţe şi poate fi influenţat de diferiţi factori endogeni şi exogeni.&#13;
 Preparatele medicamentoase cu acţiune specifică asupra sistemului nervos central&#13;
precum şi alte clase de medicamente (inhibitorii selectivi ai recaptării serotoninei,&#13;
antidepresivele triciclice, opiidele, antipsihoticele, analgezicele, ş.a) pot influenţa pozitiv sau&#13;
negativ plasticitatea cerebrală.&#13;
Lucrarea este dedicată relatării influenţei unor preparate medicamentoase asupra&#13;
neurogenezei.

The product „Nucosan”  is walnut oil produced from local raw materials by cold pressing&#13;
method. This product is rich in tocopherol, vitamins A, C, Zn and Cu minerals and participate in&#13;
oxidation-reduction processes, is a powerful antioxidant that reduces free radical content. As a&#13;
result, it increases resistance to radiation, removes radionuclides, protects the body from the&#13;
action of carcinogenic substances.&#13;

Produsul „Nucosan”este ulei din miez de nucă, obţinut din materia primă locală, prin&#13;
metoda de presare la rece. Acest produs datorită conţinutului de tocoferol, vitamine A, C,&#13;
minerale Zn şi Cu, participă la procesele de oxido-reducere fiind un antioxidant puternic care&#13;
reduce conţinutul radicalilor liberi. În rezultat măresc rezistenţa organismului la iradiere, elimină&#13;
radionuclizii, protejază organismul de acţiunea substanţelor cancerogene.
