It is very important that seropositive patients with specific oral phenomena obtain proper treatment as soon possible.; Автор статьи касается важной проблемы – ВИЧ-инфицированые пациенты и больные СПИД-ом с симптоматикой со стороны слизистой оболочки полости рта. Данный контингент больных обращается к врачам различного профиля, начиная с семейного врача. Следовательно, врач любой специальности должен быть заинтересован в ранней диагностике и лечении этой патологии. The article describes the critical periods of the development and dynamics of spatio-temporal transformations of the extrahepatic bile ducts observed through a study of 12 series of histological sections of embryonic specimens. The extrahepatic and intrahepatic bile ducts are separated at the moment of their anlage, but by the end of the embryonal period display a tendency toward their union.; Prin studierea a 12 serii de secţiuni histologice ale embrionilor de 4,0-13,0 mm lungime, au fost investigate sursele primordiilor, perioadele critice de dezvoltare şi dinamica modificărilor canalelor biliare extrahepatice în spaţiu şi în timp. S-a stabilit că ductele biliare extra- şi intrahepatice, din momentul apariţiei primordiilor, sunt dispersate, iar spre finele perioadei intrauterine se observă o tendinţă de concentrare a acestora. The research examined current methods of surgical treatment for the femoral hernia. Long-term results of autoplastic methods of hernioplasty resulting in frequent relapses of disease are clearly unsatisfactory. The new method of hernioplasty combines autoplasty with the use of a relaxing incision of the front wall of the rectus sheath and autodermoplasty. 8 patients, 6 women and 2 men, were surgically treated. Both immediate and long-term results of treatment (3 months and 5 years) are good. None of the patients has suffered a relapse.; Au fost supuse unei analize metodele cunoscute de tratament chirurgical al herniilor femurale. Rezultatele hernioplastiilor tisulare din cauza recidivilor frecvente sunt nesatisfăcătoare, fapt pentru care a fost propusă o nouă metodă de hernioplastie femurală care prevede autoplastie cu incizie de relaxare a tecii muşchiului abdominal rect asociată cu autodermoplastie în scop de consolidare a zonei afectate. După metoda propusă au fost operaţi 8 pacienţi: 6 femei şi 2 bărbaţi, spitalizaţi în mod programat cu indicaţii la internare planice. Hernii femurale pe dreapta s-au depistat la 5 bolnavi, pe stânga – la 3. Rezultatele postoperatorii la externare şi cele tardive (catamneză – 3,5 ani) fiind bune. Recidive nu s-au înregistrat.
