<description>Oпределение неблагоприятных факторов связанных с инвазивными медицинскими процедурами
Бута, Г.; Бута, Е.; Кобыляну, З.
The safety of patients is a serious challenge for the health systems&#13;
around the world. The hospital infections are a considerable issue in&#13;
the field of healthcare. In the current study authors have evaluated&#13;
the patients’ safety in the process of performing invasive medical&#13;
procedures, as well as the risk factors associated with infections.&#13;
Epidemiological method was used. It allowed to determine the&#13;
patterns of “cause and effect” in the development and manifestation&#13;
of the epidemical processes at the *PMSI SMU of the Republic of&#13;
Moldova.&#13;
Identification of etiological cases of nosocomial infection was&#13;
based on the results of bacteriological and biological research of&#13;
mediums taken from patients with septico-purulent infections. In order&#13;
to determine the real number of adverse events related to the area of&#13;
surgery 740 sheets of disease were studied. The detected flora has been&#13;
studied to test the sensitivity to antibiotics.&#13;

Безопасность пациентов является вопросом повышенной&#13;
обеспокоенности в области системы здравоохранения во всем&#13;
мире. Внутрибольничная инфекция является одним из самых&#13;
больших проблем в области системы здравоохранения.&#13;
Цель исследования: является оценка безопасности пациентов&#13;
при проведении инвазивных процедур и факторы риска связан-&#13;
ные с внутрибольничной инфекцией. Для достижения цели был&#13;
использован метод ретроспективного эпидемиологического над-&#13;
зора.&#13;
Был использован эпидемиологический метод исследования,&#13;
который позволил определить причинно следственные законо-&#13;
мерности в развитии и проявлении внутрибольничных инфекций&#13;
Национального научно-практического центра скорой медицинской&#13;
помощи *ННПЦСМП. Определение и описание этиологии слу-&#13;
чаев внутрибольничной инфекции было основано на результатах&#13;
бактериологического исследования биологических сред, взятых&#13;
у пациентов с гнойно-септической инфекцией. При определении&#13;
количества случаев внутрибольничных инфекций были изучены&#13;
740 больничных листов. Обнаруженная флора была подвергнута&#13;
проверке на чувствительность к антибиотикам.

<title>Congenital Anomalies in the Pediatric Population of the Republic of Moldova: A Retrospective and Descriptive Study</title>
<link>http://repository.usmf.md:80/xmlui/handle/20.500.12710/2052</link>
<description>Congenital Anomalies in the Pediatric Population of the Republic of Moldova: A Retrospective and Descriptive Study
Buta, Galina; Russu-Deleu, Raisa
This paper presents the results of a retrospective analysis of congenital anomalies (CA) in the Republic of Moldova (RM) over a period of 11 years (2004-2014). The spread of CA in Moldova during the analyzed period is characterized by a stable level. In the infant mortality structure, congenital anomalies ranked second. There is a significant increase in CA, caused by chromosomal and cardiovascular system anomalies, with an average annual rate of 0.1 and 0.5%, respectively. At the same time, the CA of the musculoskeletal system has a reduction trend with a average annual rate of -2.7%. Stabilization of CA spread is the result of the implementation of the national program for the prevention and reduction of mortality and morbidity in children with congenital anomalies and hereditary diseases for the years 2013-2017. Some identified trends demonstrate the existence of gaps in the primary health care work concerning family planning.

<title>Strategies for Preventing the Stress of Employees Working in the Primary Health Care System</title>

<description>Strategies for Preventing the Stress of Employees Working in the Primary Health Care System
Buta, Galina; Nădrag, Lavinia
The paper presents a comprehensive study on assessing family physicians’ activity in terms of occupational medicine. The research was organized and conducted in 30 primary health care institutions. It evaluated the amount of work of 221 family physicians over a week period, out of which about 97.4% are women with an average age of 43 and who have been working in this profession for 8.5 years. Its aim was to identify the factors that induce occupational stress to family physicians. The applied value of the research consists in providing information about the causes of stress in the activity of family physicians, making them aware of the consequences of occupational stress, and providing measures for coping with it. By rating the frequency of occupational risk factors, we have obtained the occupational diagram of the family physician. We have also proposed ways to prevent occupational stress.
