Din 39 cazuri de edentaţii totale condiţiile clinico-anatomice au permis confecţionarea ulterioară a restaurărilor protetice fixe (RPF) în 19 cazuri (48,72%). RPF au fost realizate în total pe 260 de implante tip şurub dintre care 160 de stadiul I cu încărcare funcţională precoce şi 100 de implante de stadiul II cu încărcare funcţională după integrarea lor. Suprastructurile fixe au fost reprezentate de: bloc de coroane, proteză parţială fixă (PPF), PPF cu extensie unilaterală şi bilaterală. Pentru planificarea tratamentului cu proteze fixe a fost propus indiciul: raportul UP/US. A fost elaborată metoda de tratament eficient a pacienţilor edentaţi total prin intermediul RPF pe implante de stadiul I.; Summary. Out of 39 total édentation cases, in 19 cases (48.72%) the clinical and anatomical conditions permitted the production of fixed prosthetic restauration (FPR). FPR were in total implemented on 260 screw type implants, out of which 160 were of one stage with early functional loading and 100 implants of two stage with functional loading after their integration. The fixed superstructures were represented by: block of crowns, fixed partial prosthesis (FPP), FPP with unilateral and bilateral cantilever. For the projection of fixed prosthesis treatment the following indicator was suggested: UP/US ratio. An efficient method for the treatment of total edentulous patients was elaborated, through FPR on one stage implants.
