<title>Osteoporoza secundară hepatică</title>
<link>http://repository.usmf.md:80/xmlui/handle/20.500.12710/2432</link>
<description>Osteoporoza secundară hepatică
Motriuc, Veronica
Liver diseases, especially, the chronic ones, directly or/and indirectly affect bone&#13;
metabolism and composition. Osteopenia and osteoporosis, which are generically called hepatic&#13;
osteodystrophy, may develop. The condition has a complex mechanism in occurrence and&#13;
development involving disorders of bone cell function and calcium-phosphorus metabolism,&#13;
hormonal status (gonadotropins, estrogens, androgens, parathyroid),local regulatory&#13;
mechanisms(osteocalcin, osteoprotegerin/RANKL/RANK system), vitamin levels (D and K),&#13;
etc. Fragility fractures significantly increase mortality. Therefore, an assessment of bone&#13;
metabolism, risk factors of hepatic osteodystrophy and bone mineral density is recommended in&#13;
patients with chronic liver disease. An early diagnosis of hepatic osteodystrophy is essential for&#13;
the correction of modifiable risk factors that predispose to bone loss and prevention of fragility&#13;
fractures.&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
Maladiile hepatice, în special, cele cronice afectează direct sau/şi indirect metabolismul şi&#13;
compoziţia ţesutului osos. Se dezvoltă osteopenia şi osteoporoza, care poartă denumirea de&#13;
osteodistrofie hepatică. Condiţia are un mecanism complex de apariţie şi dezvoltare, care implică&#13;
dereglări ale funcţiilor celulelor osoase, precum şi ale metabolismului fosfo-calcic, statutului&#13;
hormonal (gonadotropinele, estrogenii, androgenii, paratiroidul), mecanismelor reglatoare locale&#13;
(osteocalcina, sistemul osteoprotegerină/RANKL/RANK), nivelului vitaminelor (D şi K), etc.&#13;
Fracturile de fragilitate cresc semnificativ mortalitatea. Prin urmare, o evaluare a metabolismului&#13;
osos, a factorilor de risc ai osteodistrofiei hepatice şi evaluarea densităţii minerale osoase sunt&#13;
recomandate pacienţilor cu boli hepatice cronice. Un diagnostic precoce al osteodistrofiei&#13;
hepatice este esenţial pentru a corecta factorii de risc modificabili care predispun la pierderea&#13;
masei osoase şi prevenirea fracturilor de fragilitate.

<description>The possible use of C-peptide in type I diabetes
Covanţev, Serghei
The incidence of type I diabetes increases dramatically each year. This disease practically&#13;
always causes severe complications in every system. The main complications are cardiovascular,&#13;
neural and kidney pathologies. Complications occur even in case of aggressive treatment of&#13;
hyperglycemia and proper diet. This leads to the conclusion that other factors are involved in the&#13;
progression of the disease. Recent data indicates that C-peptide has an important role in different&#13;
processes in human organism. In this article is presented a review of C-peptide studies regarding&#13;
its beneficial role in type I diabetes.&#13;

Utilizarea posibila a peptidei C în diabetul zaharat de tip I&#13;
Incidenţa diabetului zaharat de tip I creşte dramatic în fiecare an. Ca regulă, această&#13;
maladie determină complicaţii severe la nivelul tuturor sistemelor. Principalele complicaţii sunt&#13;
patologiile cardiovasculare, neuronale şi renale. Complicaţiile apar chiar şi în cazul unui&#13;
tratament intens al hiperglicemiei şi al unei diete adecvate. Acest fapt permite de a presupune că&#13;
159&#13;
şi alţi factori sunt implicaţi în progresia bolii. Recent a fost presupus că peptida C ar avea un rol&#13;
important în diferite procese din organism. În acest articol este prezentată o analiză a studiilor&#13;
referitoare la rolul benefic al peptidei C în diabetul zaharat de tip I.

<title>Activitatea hidrolazelor lizozomale renale în intoxicaţia cu etilenglicol şi influenţa unor compuşi biologici activi autohtoni</title>

The influence of some new local biologically active compounds (BAC) on renal lysosomal hydrolases (RLH) in ethylene glycol (EG) poisoning was investigated. The tested BAC&#13;
demonstrated a pronounced tropic effect on lysosomes, influencing in different ways the activity&#13;
of RLH and modifying the functional status of lysosomal apparatus. The complex compounds −&#13;
CMD-4, CMD-8 and CMJ-23, remedies BioR and BioR-Ge significantly reduced the&#13;
functionality of cathepsins B, H and of elastase. &#13;
CMJ-23 decreased the activity of cathepsin G, b-glucosidase, arylsulfatases A, B and C, which showed the high responsiveness of these&#13;
hydrolases to the action of BAC. CMD-8 increased the activity of cathepsin D, b-glucosidase&#13;
and of N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase. The remedy BioR normalized the activity of elastase,&#13;
while BioR-Ge increased the acid phosphatase. The increased activity of RLH in the&#13;
administration of the tested BAC, can be considered as a reaction of compensation-adaptation of&#13;
the body, aimed to enhance the biodegradation of damaged molecules resulted from the toxic&#13;
action of EG and of its metabolic products.; S-a cercetat influenţa unor compuşi biologici activi (CBA) autohtoni noi asupra activităţii&#13;
hidrolazelor lizozomale renale (HLR) în intoxicaţia cu etilenglicol (EG). CBA testaţi au&#13;
demonstrat un lizozomotropism pronunţat, fiind capabili să influenţeze în mod diferit activitatea&#13;
HLR şi să modifice starea funcţională a aparatului lizozomal. Compuşii complecşi – CMD-4,&#13;
CMD-8 şi CMJ-23, remediile BioR, BioR-Ge au redus pregnant nivelul funcţional al&#13;
catepsinelor B, H şi elastazei. CMJ-23 a diminuat activitatea catepsinei G, b-glucozidazei,&#13;
arilsulftazelor A, B şi C., fapt ce a demonstrat sensibilitatea înaltă a acestor hidrolaze la acţiunea&#13;
CBA. CMD-8 a majorat activitatea catepsinei D, b-glucozidazei şi N-acetil-β-D-glucozaminidazei.&#13;
Remediul BioR a normalizat enzimoactivitatea elastazei, iar BioR-Ge a crescut&#13;
fosfataza acidă. Intensificarea activităţii HLR la administrarea CBA cercetate, poate fi apreciată&#13;
ca o reacţie compensatoare de adaptare a organismului, ce tinde să intensifice biodegradarea&#13;
moleculelor defectuoase ce se formează în rezultatul acţiunii toxice a EG şi a produşilor lui de&#13;
metabolizare.

<title>Influenţa unor compuşi biologic activi noi asupra principalilor indici ai metabolismului glucidic în hepatopatia experimentală</title>
<link>http://repository.usmf.md:80/xmlui/handle/20.500.12710/2427</link>
<description>Influenţa unor compuşi biologic activi noi asupra principalilor indici ai metabolismului glucidic în hepatopatia experimentală
Sardari, Veronica; Tagadiuc, Olga; Ştîrba, Olga; Andronache, Lilia; Gudumac, Valentin
The experimental toxic hepatopathy (HP) was modeled by long term administration of&#13;
CCl4. It was established that CCl4 caused pronounced disorders of carbohydrate metabolism&#13;
manifested by the increased level of the metabolites – lactate, pyruvate and malate, and changes&#13;
in tissue enzyme activity – the increased activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and the&#13;
reduction of the functionality of the main dehydrogenases of the Krebs cycle – NADP-dependent&#13;
malate dehydrogenase (NADP-MDH), NADP-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenase (ICDHNADP)&#13;
and succinate dehydrogenase (SDH). The administration of local biologically active&#13;
compounds (BAC) – CMD-8, CMJ-23 and CMJ-33, of Spirulina Platensis sulphatated&#13;
polysaccharides (SSP) and of the remedy BioR Fe-Se in the toxic HP exerted important&#13;
influences both on the evolution of metabolites content changes and on the activity of the&#13;
investigated enzymes. The tested BAC succeeded to reduce the intensity of the toxic effects of&#13;
CCl4 on hepatocytes by inducing a tendency of normalization and even by restoring to normal&#13;
levels of the carbohydrate metabolites content, as well as of the functionality of studied cellular&#13;
enzymes.&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
Pe animale de laborator s-a modelat hepatopatia (HP) toxică prin administrarea de durată a&#13;
CCl4. S-a stabilit că CCl4 a provocat tulburări pronunţate ale metabolismulu glucidic care s-au&#13;
manifestat prin creşterea nivelului de metaboliţi – lactat, piruvat şi malat şi modificări ale&#13;
activităţii enzimelor tisulare – creşterea activităţii lactatdehidrogenazei (LDH) şi reducerea&#13;
funcţionalităţii principalelor dehidrogenaze ale ciclului Krebs – malatdehidrogenazei NADPdependente&#13;
(MDH-NADPd), izocitrat dehidrogenazei NADP-dependente (ICDH-NADPd) şi&#13;
succinatdehidrogenazei (SDH). Administrarea compuşilor biologic activi (CBA) autohtoni –&#13;
CMD-8, CMJ-23 şi CMJ-33, polizaharidelor sulfatate din spirulină şi a remediului BioR Fe-Se în&#13;
HP toxică a exercitat influenţe importante atât asupra modificărilor conţinutului de metaboliţi,&#13;
cât şi a dinamicului de activitate a enzimelor investigate. CBA luaţi în studiu au reuşit să reducă&#13;
intensitatea efectelor toxice ale CCl4 asupra hepatocitelor prin tendinţa de normalizare şi chiar&#13;
readucerea la valori normale a nivelului de metaboliţi glucidici, precum şi a funcţionalităţii&#13;
enzimelor celulare studiate.
