This method represents high accurateness in functional status interpretation of the blood vessels. On the base of obtained results, we can conclude the hypothesis that activation and proliferation of endothelial cells are distinctive processes in the precursor and malign lesions of the uterine cervix. Activation of endothelial cells is an early stage that predominates in the cervical intracellular lesions of the uterine cervix, while the endothelial proliferation is observed in blood vessels of the invasive carcinomas. In acest studiu prezentăm pentru prima dată aplicarea metodei de dublă imunocolorare bazată pe un marker endotelial de mare specificitate (CD105) şi un marker de proliferare (Ki67) pe specimene neoplazice de col uterin incluse în parafină. Această metodă este de o acurateţe superioară în interpretarea statutului funcţional al vaselor sanguine. Pe baza rezultatelor obţinute, putem emite ipoteza că în leziunile precursoare şi maligne ale colului uterin, activarea şi proliferarea celulelor endoteliale sunt procese distincte. Activarea celulelor endoteliale este etapa precoce care predomină în leziunile cervicale intraepiteliale ale colului uterin, în timp ce proliferarea endotelială este observată la vasele din carcinoamele invazive. The results have emphasized the importance of the research for understanding of difficulties related to the surgeries and pathogenesis in this region. Articolul dat reprezintă rezultatele unui succint studiu realizat pe 58 complexe hepato-bilopancreatice, fixate cît şi nefixate în formol, colectate de la copii şi adulţi cauza decesului fiind alta decît patologia organelor implicate în cercetare. Rezultatele au pus în evidenţă importanţa cercetării pentru înţelegerea dificultăţilor legate de intervenţiile chirurgicale în această regiune şi cauza unor patologii. It was determined that the process of post-partum involution of the uterus is manifested histologically by atrophy and dystrophy processes in muscle elements, by the 80 decreasing of the connective tissue’s volume and its degradation. The involution of muscle tissue anticipates the reduction of extracellular matrix of connective tissue. S-au studiat modificările histologice ale uterului în procesul involuţiei sale post-partum. S-a determinat, că procesul de involuţie post-partum a uterului în aspect histologic se manifestă prin procese de atrofie şi distrofie a elementelor musculare, micşorarea volumului şi degradarea ţesutului conjunctiv. Involuţia ţesutului muscular anticipează reducerea matricei extracelulare a ţesutului conjunctiv. These variations are in direct concordance with morphological and functional development of the brain, choroids plexus and of vascular network. Valorile numerice ale vaselor sangvine din plexurile coroide ale ventriculelor creierului uman pe parcursul dezvoltării ontogenetice variază între ele la diferite etape de dezvoltare. Aceste variaţii sunt în concordanţă directă cu dezvoltarea morfologică şi funcţională a creierului, plexurilor coroide şi a reţelei vasculare.
