Abstract
Background: One of the most actual problems of applied morphology is the problem of demonstrativeness. In the
educational process is important to demonstrate the organs which taken from the human body with preservation of all
features of their structure. The basic method of studying normal anatomy is dissection of cadaveric material. This creates
anatomical preparations which demonstrate the structure of the human body. But classical dissection has certain difficulties: the complexity of layer-by-layer tissue separation and extraction important anatomical structures. Currently for the
manufacture of anatomical preparations used a number of other methods: method of corrosion and polymeric embalming. However these techniques are time consuming, expensive, and also can cause damage to the structures of the heart
during their extraction from adipose tissue.
Material and methods: We examined 30 human hearts: 15 preparations by the classical dissection, 15 preparations
with help cryodissection.
Results: We have prepared two solutions which have different freezing temperature. Tissue that need preservation
(myocardium), impregnated with solution № 1. Tissue that need deleted (fat tissue), was impregnated with solution № 1.
Then frozen heart, and myocardium will freeze, but unfrozen adipose tissue will be easy separable. Result of the research:
preparation heart by classical method took about 180 minutes, with help cryodissection during 30 minutes. Visualization
of the coronary arteries and their branches after our method is better, myocardium is smooth, also preserve the natural
color of the drug. Additionally, there is no contact the researcher with harmful conservatives (for example with formaldehyde).
Conclusions: We developed a method for dissection of cadaveric material, which improved the quality of anatomical
preparations and reduced the time of their creation.
