Plexul nervos cavo-hepatic – componenta extraportală a aparatului nervos al ficatului

Abstract

In macro-microscopic investigation is described the space morphology of the plexus nervous of cavo-hepatic region, formed by cavo-hepatic branch of the right diaphragm nerve, ascendant branches of the right celiac node and branches of the last intercostals nerves. Plexus nervous of cavo-hepatic region presents the nerve supplying of the hepatic veins, the hepatic segment of the vena cava inferior, the liver and penetrate the organ trough the „second liver portae” at the level of the sulcus venae cavae inferioris. На макро- микроскопическом уровне исследования описывается пространственная морфология кавальнопеченочного нервного сплетения, формирующегося из кавально-печеночной ветви правого диафрагмального нерва, восходящих ветвей от правого чревного узла и ветвями нижних межреберных нервов. КПНС участвует в иннервации печени, печеночных вен, печеночного сегмента нижней полой вены и проникает в орган через вторые «ворота» печени на уровне борозды нижней полой вены.
