Metodă de corecţie a sindromului de respiraţie la pacienţii cu bruxism nocturn

Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la stomatologie şi poate fi utilizată pentru corecţia sindromului de respiraţie la pacienţii cu bruxism nocturn. Esenţa metodei constă în aceea că se amplasează în timpul respiraţiei la nivelul gurii şi nasului deasupra buzei superioare două oglinzi şi în funcţie de apariţia petelor de umiditate mai mari pe oglinda respectivă se determină tipul predominant de respiraţie şi se efectuează proba de rezistenţă hipoxică cu înregistrarea timpului de reţinere a respiraţiei după o inspiraţie profundă, apoi se aplică consecutiv trei tipuri de gutiere, şi anume anterioară, posterioară şi antero-posterioară, se determină cu care tip de gutieră se stabileşte tipul de respiraţie nazo-orală şi se înregistrează timpul maximal al reţinerii respiraţiei, gutiera corespunzătoare se aplică pe timpul nopţii, timp de 30...40 de zile.

Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что устанавливают во время дыхания на уровне рта и носа над верхней губой два зеркала и в зависимости от появления пятен влажности больших размеров на соответствующем зеркале определяют преобладающий тип дыхания и выполняют пробу гипоксической резистентности с регистрацией времени задерживания дыхания после глубокого вдоха, затем применяют последовательно три типа капп, и именно переднюю, заднюю и передне-заднюю, определяют с каким типом капп устанавливается назо-оральный тип дыхания и регистрируется максимальное время задерживания дыхания, соответствующую каппу применяют в ночное время, в течение 30...40 дней.
