Abstract:
Summary
Analyzing a total number of 86 patients diagnosed with pyonephrosis, we have come up to
several clinical and therapeutically considerations: pyonephrosis remains a disease subject to
be treated urgently through surgical interventions, the prognosis depending on the precocious diagnosis as well as the prompt and adequate therapeutical' behavior. The evolution may be
endangered by the patients' tardy visit to the doctor and the creation of organic formations
associated with the latter. In this case, the patient is hospitalized for a longer period of time,
which entails additional rather high costs.
