Abstract:
Summary
In the district Tighina adenome of prostate is situated at 10-th place in a structure of urologic
complaints. There is used the surgical treatment next forms of operations: adenomectomya
transvesicale (Ad. T.) after Freyer; Ad. T. after Harris; Ad. T. after Holisov. There are recorder some rarely
cases of wound infection, of precocious and belated hemorhages; stones of vesicate malignancy.
In order that reduces the number of complications after operations is necessary to be done
adenomectomya in l-ll stages. A principal method in the surgical treatment is adenomectomya
transurethral.
