Abstract:
Summary
Wilms'Tumor is a highly malignant embryonic growth at children. For practitioners this case is of
substantial interest not only as an age aspect casuistry (21 year) but also as a new growth that cannot
be regarded as a pattern in the study of children oncology problems on the whole. Consideration
must be also given to difficulties of pre-surgical and differential diagnostics at adults in choosing the
necessary and the optimal level of medical treatment as Wilms'Tumor simulates cysts in the liver.
