dc.description.abstract Summary We evaluated renal-preserving endourological approach in the diagnosis and management of upper tract urothelial tumors. The results of endourological management of urothelial upper urinary tract tumors in the group of the patients treated from 1990 to the present time at the Institute of Urology have been evaluated in a retrospective fashion. Chart reviews, indications for intervention, and treatment outcomes were assessed. 62 patients were subject to endourologic diagnosis and/ or management of upper tract urothelial neoplasms. Follow-up period varied from 2 to 8 years. Minimally invasive endourological management of upper tract tumors should be considered in selected patients. en_US
