dc.description.abstract	Summary The endoscopic treatment with Deflux of vesico-renal reflux at children is a modern and upto-date management. The dextranomer is the basic agent, it is main support under the urethral orifice and is easily biodegradaded by the hydrolysis. The capacity of hyaloronic acid to cicatrize the wound can contribute to a good accepting of the implant. Deflux is a good alternative in endoscopic treatment of vesico-renal reflux.	en_US
