dc.description.abstract Summary Megaureterohydronefrosis in child is the polyetiological pathology that remains the important problem of the child's urology. MUHN is the social problem, which leads to early invalidization of child and new-borns. The definition of the correct tactics of investigation and choice of traditional methods of treatment of MUHN in child in dependence of etiology permits the considerable decrease of number of complications and in result the invalidisation of children. en_US
