Abstract:
Summary.
Study of 1181 children with enuresis show an existence of enuresis's, but not enuresis. Distinguist
5 groups: enuresis caused by anomalies of development of kidneys and urinary path's (38,6%),
enuresis caused by disorders of nervous system (33,3%), enuresis caused by primary pielonephritis
(24,2%), enuresis caused by dismetabolic disorders of water-salt exchange (2,9%), primary hereditary
enuresis (1%). Diagnostic algorithm is described.
