Modificările antitrombinei III la pacienții cu diferite variante de nefrită lupică

Abstract

Summary. The clinical and laboratory properties of hemostasis disturbances the patients with different variants of the lupus nephritis and the correction possibilities with antiagregants and anticoagulation drugs we studied. The bleeding syndrome was found to 64,7% patients with lupus nephritis and in 17,6% cases this one were associated with the thrombotic syndrome. This results show the presence of DIC syndrome in patients with lupus nephritis which is manifested with thrombohemorrhagic syndrome and decreased antithrombin III activity. These date indicate the necessity of study hemostasis system and the association of the antiagregants and anticoagulation drugs to the basis treatement of the patients with lupus nephritis.
