Abstract:
Summary.
Hemofiltration and related continuos renal replacement techniques have demonstrated their
efficacy and their better hemodinamic tolerance as compared to hemodialysis techniques, while
allowing easy adjustment of body fluide balance. These features provide arguments which strong
enough to favor hemofiltration techniques in severely septic patients.
