Summary.
Nephrological medical service of adult population in Republic of Moldova (2000 -2001). A review
of nephrological medical service in adult population was carried out. There is a great awareness
due to the increasing in incidence of the renal diseases in Republic of Moldova. In our professional
view substantial recommendations to determine the changes that must be made in the field of
nephrological service were suggested.
