dc.description.abstract	Summary. This case is of great interest to our mind due to rare occurance: two sided coral concrement of kidneys, concrement of the right ureter with the absence of the function of the right kidney, bedsoree of the renal pelvis wall of the left kidney caused by concrement. As a result the urine spontaneously penetrated into the paranephrion and then per diapedesum in the abdomen. This led to peritonit. The operation being done in time resulted in succesful recovering of the patient.	en_US
