The study included 137 patients with morphologically confirmed laryngeal cancer diagnosed in the 2016-2018, stage I-IV, aged 47-78 years, average 62.5 years, examined by the method of Tomosynthesis (TS) and computed tomography. The imaging examination by TS demonstrated the diagnostic value of the method being comparable to the computed tomography method. In most cases examined by TS, the information obtained allowed the details of surgical treatment to be determined. Only 4 (2.9%) cases were additionally requested for CT scan with contrast. The method is informative, with low radiation dose and low cost.
Исследование включает 137 больных раком гортани обследованных за период 2016-2018 годы, подтверждённых морфологически. I-IV стадии, средний возраст 6,б5 лет, которые были обследованы методом томосинтеза и компьютерной томографии. Полученные результаты обследования способом томосинтеза продемонстрировали диагностические возможности. Полученные результаты позволили, в большинство случаев, определить тактику лечения и лишь в 2,9% случаев была назначена дополнительно компьютерная томография. Метод информативен, низкая лучевая нагрузка и низкие затраты.
Studiul a inclus 137 de pacienţi cu cancer de laringe confirmat prin examen morfologic diagnosticaţi în anii 2016 – 2018 stadiile I-IV, cu vârsta de 47-78 ani, vârsta medie 62,5 ani, examinaţi prin metoda tomosintezei şi tomografieicomputerizate. Examinarea imagistică prin Tomosinteză (TS) a demonstrat valoarea diagnostică a metodei fiind comparabilă cu metoda tomografiei computerizate. În majoritatea cazurilor, examinate prin TS, informaţia obţinută a permis să fie determinate detaliile tratamentului chirurgical. Doar în 4 (2,9%) cazuri a fost solicitată suplimentar investigaţia prin CT cu contrast. Metoda este informativă, cu doză mica de radiaţie şi cost redus.
