dc.description.abstract Many questions of treatment tactics for ulcer perforated remain not quite clear. It is necessary to work out an algorithm of diagnostic and surgical treatment depending on severity of somatic status of the patient and life prognosis. The study is based on the analysis of 841 cases of perforated ulcer (88,8% men and 11,2% women) for the period 2000-2007, hospitalized in the surgical department of the Republical Emergency Hospital, mean age limits 15 – 88 years. According to the authors data, the minimal invasive methods characterized by less pain syndrome, early activation of patients, reduced number of receipted analgetics, and shorter stay in the hospital. en_US
