Afectarea renală în gută

Abstract

Asociaţiile între gutăşi bolile renale au fost deja de mult timp recunoscute. Scopul lucrăriia fost studierea particularităţi-lor clinice şi de evoluţie în timp a afectării renale la pacienţii cu gută. Au fost selectaţi analizei un număr de 50 de pacienţi cu gută în perioada anilor 2014-2016. A fost depistat că nefropatia cronică gutoasă are o evoluţie cu agravare în timp şi nefrolitiaza urică este cea mai frecventă manifestare renală a gutei. Profilaxia maladiilor renale este primordială în gută, deoarece disfuncţia renală duce la scăderea excreţiei acidului uric, şi astfel se creează un cerc vicios în evoluţia gutei.

Associations between gout and renal diseases have been already for a long time recognized. The purpose of this paper was to study the clinical particularities and evolution over time of renal disease in patients with gout. They have been selected for analysis a total of 50 patients gout in the period of 2014-2016. Have been found that nephropathy chronic gouty has an evolution with worsening in time and nephrolithiasis uric is the most common manifestation of renal gout. Prophylaxis of diseases kidney is paramount in gout, because the renal dysfunction leads to decreased excretion of uric acid, and this creates a vicious circle in the development of gout.

Взаимосвязь между подагрой и заболеваниями почек была уже давно известна. Целью исследования было изучениеклинических особенностей и динамик у поражения почек при подагре. Были проанализированы 50 пациентов с подагрой за период 2014-2016. Было выявлено, что хроническая подагрическая нефропатия со временем прогрессирует и уратный нефролитиаз является наиболее частым проявлением поражения почек при подагре. Профилактика заболеваний почек имеет первостепенное значение при подагре, так как дисфункция почек ведет к снижению экскреции мочевой кислоты, и таким образом создается порочный круг в развитии подагры.
