Introducere. Una din premisele apariţiei bioeticii reprezintă prodigioasa dezvoltare a tehnologiilor biomedicale, care avea şi are ca obiectiv central crearea de noi posibilităţi de menţinere a biosului uman. Treptat această tendinţă a cuprins întreaga existenţă a omului ce a provocat gradual o diversitate de poziţii şi orientări morale. Din aceste considerente, s-a realizat un nou mod de abordare a atitudinilor bioetice, dintr-o nouă perspectivă în contextul bioeticii sociale, unde pluralismul moral să fie segmentat după anumite criterii metodologice. Material și metode. Cercetarea pluralismului moral contemporan implică două faze investigaționale: (1) modalitatea redirecţionării bioeticii, începând cu multitudinea de teorii influente în practica socială şi culminând cu metodologia cercetării lor; (2) implicaţiile domeniilor ce se intercalează cu bioetica, ce presupune sistematizarea teoretico-practică a cunoştinţelor care necesită adaptate sau bioetizate în rândul maselor (în cazul nostru domeniul ce intercalează cu bioetica este teologia creștină). Aceste niveluri de abordare permite studiului a interpreta problema prin câmpul conceptual și metodologic al bioeticii sociale. Rezultate. Relaţiile de temelie în actul religios creştin (omdivinitate şi invers, om-societate; om-natură) de obicei sunt interpretate doctrinar, moral şi normativ. Apariția unor noi cerințe morale în societate (atitudinea față de avort, inseminarea artificială, eutanasie, homosexualitate etc.), care potențial pot determina și chiar provoacă în unele regiuni tensiuni sociale, contribuind la respingerea lor. Înainte de a implementa o atitudine novatorie în sfera socială se cere a observa punctele tradiționale creștine care manifestă rezistență, apoi de ce natură sunt ele. Reieșind din natura lor (valorile creștine) putem stabili granițele dintre gradul de bioetizare a societății și nivelul adaptării bioeticii la ea. Concluzii. Bioetica socială prin instrumentariile sale metodologice reprezintă o punte practică în clarificarea pluralismului moral și reactualizarea componentelor sociale ce opun rezistență noilor cerințe etice. Respectivele repere teoretice vin să faciliteze actul medical contemporan.
Introduction. One of the appearance premises of bioethics is the prodigious development of biomedical technologies, which also had and has as a central aim the creation of new opportunities for maintaining human bios. Gradually this trend has gripped the whole man’s existence which progressively provoked a variety of positions and moral guidance. On these grounds, it has been developed a new approach to bioethical attitudes, from a new perspective in the context of social bioethics, where moral pluralism has to be segmented by specific methodological criteria. Material and methods. The research of contemporary moral pluralism involves two investigational phases: (1) how to redirect bioethics, starting with the multitude of influential theories in social practice and culminating with their research methodology; (2) the implications of areas that are interjected with bioethics, which involves systematizing theoretical and practical knowledge which need to be adapted among the masses (in our case the domain which interjects with bioethics is the Christian theology). These levels of approach allows the study to interpret the issue through the conceptual and methodological field of social bioethics. Results. The relationships foundation in Christian religious act (human-divinity and vice versa, man-society, man-nature) are usually interpreted doctrinal, moral and normative. The emergence of new moral requirements in society (attitude towards abortion, artificial insemination, euthanasia, homosexuality etc.), which potentially can cause, and are even causing, social tensions in some regions, contributing to their rejection. Before implementing an innovating attitude in the social sphere it is required to observe the traditional Christian points of view which exhibit resistance, then to observe what kind are they. Given the nature (the Christian values) we can determine the boundaries between the society’s degree of bioethization and the adaptation level of bioethics to the society. Conclusions. Social bioethics, through its methodological instrumentation, is a practical bridge in clarifying moral pluralism and updating social components that resist new ethical requirements. These theoretical guidelines come to facilitate the medical contemporary act.
