Dispozitiv şi metodă de tratament al cataractei senile

Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la oftalmologie. Dispozitivul pentru tratamentul cataractei senile include o seringă (1) cu ac (2) executat din două segmente, unul proximal cu lungimea de 9 mm este îndoit sub un unghi de 135o faţă de axa longitudinală a seringii, iar unul distal cu lungimea de 3 mm este perpendicular pe axa menţionată. Metoda constăîn aceea că se efectuează o incizie la nivelul limbului, se deschide camera anterioarăşi se introduce aer steril cu ajutorul dispozitivului menţionat, apoi cu vârful acului dispozitivului se efectueazăcapsulotomia anterioară circulară, se introduc 0,3 ml de aer steril sub capsula restantă a cristalinului şi cu vârful acului dispozitivului se divizează nucleul în două fragmente, după care se implantează cristalinul artificial.

Устройство для лечения старческой катаракты включает шприц (1) с иглой (2), выполненной из двух сегментов, один - проксимальный длиной 9 мм изогнут под углом 135o по отношению к продольной оси шприца, а один - дистальный длиной 3 мм, перпендикулярный к упомянутой оси. Метод состоит в том, что выполняют разрез на уровне лимба, вскрывают переднюю камеру и вводят стерильный воздух при помощи указанного устройства, затем кончиком иглы устройства выполняют переднюю циркулярную капсулотомию, вводят 0,3 мл стерильного воздуха под остаточную капсулу хрусталика и кончиком иглы устройства разделяют ядро хрусталика на два фрагмента, после чего имплантируют искусственный хрусталик.

The device for senile cataract treatment includes a syringe (1) with needle (2) made of two segments, one proximal of a length of 9 mm is bent at an angle of 135° with respect to the longitudinal axis of the syringe, and one distal of a length of 3 mm is perpendicular to said axis. The method consists in that it is made an incision at the limb’s level, it is opened the anterior chamber and it is introduced sterile air by means of said device, then with the tip of the device’s needle it is carried out the anterior circular caplsulotomy, there are introduced 0,3 ml of sterile air under the remaining capsule of the lens and with the tip of the device’s needle it is divided the lens nucleus into two fragments, afterwards it is implanted the artificial lens.
