Summary. The comparative evaluation of low-cost methods of biological samples preparation in pharmacokinetic researches. In paper the comparative estimation of some low-cost methods of sample preparation of blood plasma and serum to its ulterior research by the reversed-phase HPLC is given, based on depro- teinization by the various précipitants and single-phase extraction. The limits of possible usage of each method in dependence on properties of analytical substances have been determined. The guidelines for a choice of an optimum method of biological samples preparation at new analytical methods development for the active substances determination are given. |
