Introducere. Copiii reprezintă vârsta cea mai expusă la riscuri de
îmbolnăviri atât cronice, cât și acute. Printre aceste afecțiuni se numără și
pancreatita. Pancreatita este o inflamație a pancreasului, în care enzimele
produse de această glandă devin active prea repede și distrug țesuturile
pancreasului. Distrugerea repetată a țesuturilor pancreasului poate provoca
pancreatită cronică, care este întâlnită mai des la copiii care suferă de fibroză
chistică sau de hiperlipidemie. Afecțiunea dată a creat un interes aparte,
deoarece copiii necesită o prudență sporită în alegerea unui tratament corect,
eficient și la timp.
Scopul lucrării. Analiza și identificarea pe piața farmaceutică a Republicii
Moldova a preparatelor medicamentoase folosite în afecțiunile pancreatice la
copii în conformitate cu standardele existente.
Material și metode. Drept materiale au servit reviul bibliografic,
protocoalele și remediile administrate în afecțiunea dată, precum și
rezultatele estimărilor din spitalele de copii din mun. Chișinău și a altor
instituții curativo-profilactice din republică.
Rezultate. Studiul pancreatitei la copii reprezintă un subiect primar de
sănătate publică în Republica Moldova. Medicii specialiști al IMSP Institutului
Mamei și Copilului și al Spitalului de copii,, V.Ignatenco” care sunt implicați în
managementul pancreatitei, avertizează că aceasta este o boală gravă, care
poate fi tratată complex cu medicamente spasmolitice, antipiretice și
substituenți enzimatici.
Concluzii. În urma estimărilor efectuate putem concluziona că,
mediatizarea și cunoașterea particularităților cauzelor apariției, simptomelor,
medicamentelor pentru prevenirea și tratarea diferitor forme a pancreatitei
la copii va putea optimiza tratamentul și reduce rata îmbolnăvirilor.
Introduction. Children are the most exposed to both chronic and acute
illnesses. These include pancreatitis. Pancreatitis is an inflammation of the
pancreas where the enzymes produced by this gland become active too
quickly and destroy the pancreas tissues. Repeated destruction of pancreas
tissues can cause chronic pancreatitis, which is more common in children
suffering from cystic fibrosis, or hyperlipidemia. This disorder has created a
special interest because children require increased caution in choosing a
correct, effective and timely treatment.
The purpose of the work. Analysis and identification on the
pharmaceutical market of the Republic of Moldova of the medicinal products
used in the pancreatic diseases in children according to the existing standards.
Material and methods. The bibliographic revue, the protocols and the
remedies administered in the given disorder served as materials, as well as
the results of the estimates from the children’s hospitals in Chisinau and other
curative-prophylactic institutions in the republic.
Results. The study of pancreatitis in children is a primary topic of public
health in the Republic of Moldova. Specialist physicians of the IMSP Mother
and Child Institute and the “V. Ignatenco” Children’s Hospital who are
involved in pancreatitis management warn that this is a serious illness that
can be treated with spasmolytic, antipyretic and enzymatic substitutes.
Conclusions. Based on the estimates we can conclude that publicizing
and knowing the particularities of the causes, symptoms, drugs for the
prevention and treatment of various forms of pancreatitis in children can
optimize the treatment and reduce the rate of illness.
