Scopul studiului a fost prezentarea unui caz clinic de EP la o pacientă tânără de 26 de ani cu o scurtă trecere în revistă a literaturii de specialitate. Particularitatea cazului cu embolie pulmonară prezentat a fost asocierea cu tromboza acută a sistemului venos profund și venei externe pe fon de anamnestic de utilizare a contraceptivelor orale combinate.
The purpose of the study was to present a clinical case of pulmonary embolism in a young patient of 26 years, with a brief review of the literature. The particularity of the presented case with the pulmonary embolism was the association with the acute thrombosis of the deep venous system venous system on background of combined oral contraceptives use.
Целью исследования было представить клинический случай легочной эмболии у молодой пациентки 26 лет с кратким обзором литературы. Особенностью случая с представленной легочной эмболией стала связь с острым тромбозом глубокой венозной системы и наружной вены, бедренных вен, подколенных вен, большеберцовых вен на фоне применения комбинированных оральных контрацептивов.
