Rezumat
A fost studiată frecvenţa izolării şi caracteristicile tulpinilor Staphylococcus aureus meticilino-rezistente (MRSA)
implicate în infecţii asociate asistenţei medicale în perioada ianuarie 2015–decembrie 2016. Datele au fost preluate din
registrele Laboratorului microbiologic al Spitalului Clinic Republican. Din 941 de tulpini de Staphilococcus aureus au
fost identificate 378 (40,2%) MRSA. Prevalenţa tulpinilor MRSA a variat în funcţie de profilul secţiilor şi a produselor
patologice. Un procent mai mare de izolare a tulpinilor MRSA a fost înregistrat la pacienţii internaţi în secţia de terapie
intensivă. Majoritatea tulpinilor au fost multirezistente, nu au fost identificate tulpini rezistente la glicopeptide, linezolid.
MRSA este endemic în acest spital şi din această cauză se impune intensificarea eforturilor de control al infecţiilor pentru
a stopa răspândirea acestui germen.
We studied the frequency and characteristic of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) isolates strains
involved in healthcare associated infections between January 2015 and December 2016. The used data were from the
Microbiological Laboratory Register of the Republican Clinic Hospital. Out of 941 strains of Staphylococcus aureus,
378 (40.2%) were MRSA. The prevalence of MRSA strains varied depending on the profile of the hospital division and
pathological products. A higher isolation rate of MRSA strains was seen in patients admitted to the intensive care unit.
Most strains were multidrug resistant, no glycopeptide, linelozid resistant strains were identified. MRSA is endemic in
this hospital and intensified infection control efforts are made to stop the spread of this germ. |

Была изучена частота выделения и характеристика штаммов МРЗС (метицилин-резистентный золотистый
стафилококк), выявленных при инфекциях, связанных с медицинской помощью, в период с января 2015 года по
декабрь 2016 года. Данные были получены из регистрационных журналов микробиологической лаборатории Ре-
спубликанской клинической больницы. Из 941 штамма золотистого стафилококка, были выявлены 378 (40,2%)
МРЗС. Распространённость штаммов МРЗС варьировала в зависимости от профиля отделений и патологических
субстратов. Более высокий процент штаммов МРЗС был зарегистрирован у пациентов отделения интенсивной
терапии. Большинство штаммов были мультирезистентны, не было выявлено штаммов, устойчивых к глико-
пептидам, линезолиду. МРЗС является эндемическим в этой больнице и требует активизации усилий по контро-
лю инфекций для прекращения его распространения. |
