Rezumat
The author presents the results of an original study of the problem of local preoperative treatment of Hirschprung disease (HD) in newborns and infants. The study was based on the analysis of data of preoperative bowel preparation in 52 newborns and infants with HD. As a result the more comprehensive and efficient tactics of preoperative bowel preparing was elaborated, which includes prolonged intubation and decompression of the colon; biological decontamination and detoxification by administration of enterosorbents, favoring indigenous microflora development with dysbacteriosis liquidation through administration of probiotics (eubiotics).
