Abstract:
Incărcarea imediată a implanturilor dentare are o contribuţie
majoră în creşterea calităţii vieţii pacienţilor prin
refacerea funcţiilor aparatului dento-maxilar afectate ca
urmare a stării de edentaţie. Implanturile dentare reprezintă
una dintre cele mai moderne şi performante metode de
tratament stomatologic din lume.
Reabilitarea imediată implanto-protetică a edentaţiei
include un algoritm stomatologic individualizat complex
şi selecţia pacienţilor-candidaţi la plasarea implanturilor
dentare, care se face după analiza judicioasă a statusului
lor local, general şi a metodelor imagistice convenţionale
(ortopantomografi a, tomografi a computerizată ş.a.).
Cel mai mare avantaj al lor îl reprezintă faptul că protezarea
făcută pe implanturi dentare nu implică afectarea
dinţilor naturali restanţi. Avantajele încărcării imediate
ale implanturilor dentare sunt: scurtarea duratei tratamentului,
reducerea numărului de vizite, menţinerea nivelului
crestei osoase (resorbţia osoasă e încetinită), împiedică
migrarea dinţilor restanţi, restabilirea cât mai timpurie a
funcţiilor pierdute şi a spaţiilor edentate.
