Căi de fortificare a asigurării cu medicamente în Republica Moldova

Abstract

Rezumat. Articolul este dedicat depistării problemelor ce impiedică asigurarea cu medicamente a populației Republicii Moldova. Drept bază pentru studiu au servit indicatorii accesibili pentru anii 2010–2014. S-a evaluat ritmul de creștere/micșorare a indicatorilor respectivi. Au fost studiați indicatorii generali care caracterizează calitatea, eficiența și siguranța medicamentelor, accesibilitatea fizică și economică, calitatea serviciilor farmaceutice, inclusiv prescrierea medicamentelor, eliberarea lor din farmacii, respectarea normelor etice. In baza studiului efectuat, au fost elaborate recomandări pentru imbunătățirea asistenței cu medicamente a cetățenilor Republicii Moldova.

Summary. The article is devoted to the detection of issues that hinder the provision of drugs to the population of the Republic of Moldova. As a basis for the survey there have been submitted the accessible indicators for the years 2010-2014. There has been assessed the pace of the growth/reduction of the given indicators. General indicators have been studied that characterize the quality, effectiveness and safety of drugs, the physical and economic accessibility, the quality of the pharmaceutical services, including prescription of drugs, their issuance from drugstores, the observance of ethical standards. Based on the conducted research, there were developed recommendations for improving the provision with drugs of the citizens of Republic of Moldova.
