Abstract:
Fracturile ambelor oase ale antebraţului în 1/3 distală deseori se complică cu sindromul de canal carpian şi Guyon.
Am propus analiza a 32 de pacienţi cu sindrom de canal carpian unde ca factor etiologic au intervenit fracturile de radius
în loc tipic şi ulnă distală. Conform clasifi cării după A. Kapandji 1998 am determinat că majoritatea cazurilor de sindrom
de canal carpian provocat de fracturile de radius distal au fost determinate de fracturile tip IV-12 (37,5±14,5%) cazuri. În
cazul tipului IV de fractură, deplasarea fragmentelor are loc în sens cranian al fragmentului stiloidian şi formare a două
fragmente distale ale osului radial care se deplasează anterior, micşorând astfel conţinutul canalului carpian.

proposed analysis of 32 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome where as etiologic factor intervened typical location radius
fractures and distal ulna. According to the classifi cation by A. Kapandji 1998, we determined that most cases of carpal
tunnel syndrome caused by typical location radius fractures were caused by type IV fractures - 12 (37.5 ± 14.5%) cases.
In type IV fracture fragments displacement occurs cranially of stiloidian fragment and formation of two distal fragments
of radial bone moving above, decreasing so carpal canal contents.
Переломы обеих костей предплечья в 1/3 дистально часто осложняются туннельным синдромом
лучезапястного сустава и Гийона. Мы предложили анализ 32 пациентов с туннельным синдромом лучезапястного
сустава где этиологическим фактором служили переломы радиуса в типичном месте и дистальной локтевой
кости. В соответствии с классификацией А. Kapandji 1998 года, мы установили, что в большинстве случаев
туннельного синдрома лучезапястного сустава, вызванного дистальными переломами радиуса были вызваны
переломами типа IV-12 (37.5 ± 14.5%) случаев. В случаях переломов типа IV смещение фрагментов происходит
краниально шиловидной кости и образование двух дистальных фрагментов лучевой кости которая движется
вперед и сокращяет так содержание кистевого канала.
