Particularităţile dinamicii schimbărilor indicilor sistemului hemostazei la accidentaţii cu severitate medie sau înaltă a politraumatismului, cu preponderenţa leziunilor aparatului locomotor

Abstract

Rezumat Scopul lucrării constă în cercetarea în dinamică a bolii traumatice, a valorilor indicilor hemostazei la accidentaţii cu severitate medie sau înaltă a politraumatismului şi cu o prepoderenţă a leziunilor aparatului locomotor. Rezultatele testelor efectuate au dezvăluit un specifi c al schimbărilor indicilor hemostazei la bolnavii cu severitate medie sau înaltă a politraumatismului în stadiile timpurii ale bolii traumatice, pe fond de administrare a fraxiparinei pentru profi laxia tulburărilor tromboembolice.

The purpose of the study consists in the research of the dynamic of the traumatic disease, of the values of the indexes of the homeostasy system of the blood, at the injureds with a medium and high severity of the polytraumatisms and the preponderence of the lesions of the locomotory apparatus. The results of the tests reveal the specifi c of the changes in the lot of the indexes of the states of the homeostasy system at the patients with medium and high severity of the polytraumatism in the precocious stadiums of the traumatic disease, on the phone of the administration of the Fraxiparin, for the profi laxy of the tromboembolic troubles.

Целью исследования являлось изучение в динамике травматической болезни показателей свертывающей системы крови пострадавших со средней и тяжелой степенью тяжести политравмы с преобладанием повреждений опорно – двигательного аппарата. Полученные результаты выявили особенности изменения состояния системы гемостаза у пациентов со средней и тяжелой степенью тяжести множественной травмы на ранних стадиях травматической болезни, на фоне профилактики фраксипарином осложнений тромбоэмболического характера .
